I won’t be offering classes this week, but I hope that you’ll consider practicing on your own at home during the week. In addition to the physical benefits, developing a home practice offers many other positives. It gives you a chance to notice and appreciate what you remember from our group classes. And since you’re in the privacy of your own home, you may find yourself more relaxed, able to more quickly settle into a natural breath, and perhaps more willing to gently challenge your edge. Give it a try: Find a quiet place in your home, set up a comfortable practice area, arrange with your family for some alone time. And begin!
