Restorative Yoga


DSCN0319Sometimes what we really need is a break.  Time to rest, relax, rejuvenate.  This week we’ll wrap up the winter/spring session with an evening of restorative yoga.  Bring a pile of bolsters, pillows and blankets — and come ready for a different perspective.  Instead of “doing the poses,” we’ll let the poses “do us”!  Ahhhh…..
