Mindfulness and Society: Civil Conversation Project


downloadThe skills — physical and mental — that we practice in yoga and meditation are meant to benefit us individually.  We also have the possibility of carrying them into our lives, where they can also benefit our families, communities and world.  Similarly, the Civil Conversation Project, led by Krista Tippett, is aimed at benefiting the common good by improving the ways we interact with each other.  In the next few classes, we’ll explore how you can “live your yoga” in context of the Civil Conversation Project.
